LOCTITE® EA 3498 is a white, exhaust pipe silencer sealant composed of inorganic and non-ionic filler agents, which completely seals all types of gaskets and joints present in any exhaust system against minor leaks. It hardens with heat, and is used for the assembly of all vehicle gas exhaust system components, such as exhaust pipes, manifolds and silencers. You can rely on it continuously withstanding temperatures in excess of 800°C (1472°F).
